- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, flour, and salt.
- Add milk and cook over low heat, stir until thickens and boils.
- Boil 2 minutes, then remove from heat, stir a small amount into the
yolks and mix,
- then add back to milk and cook one minute, stir constantly.
- Add peanut butter and butter, stir until blended.
- Top with butter and bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes.
