1 | TBL | Butter - melted | ||
Grate the lemon rind and add pulp and juice. Mix in butter. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Mix lemon into flour. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time. Add milk. Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into lemon mix. Bake at 350F until brown, 30 - 40 minutes. |
