- Mix all, roll out on a cookie sheet pan with raised
edges,
- makes uniform thickness.
- Cut into squares about 1/6 width and 1/6 length of
pan.
- Fry until well done, drain and let cool.

Mix all and simmer for one hour
|

- Cook 1/2 pound lasagna noodles (Prince) Drain well.
- Run under cold water. Easier to work with cold.
- Cut in half using length

- Preheat Oven to 350.
- Spread some sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 or larger
glass pan.
- Place one noodle on a work surface, cover with
Provolone cheese,
- half slice x 4 should cover. (Mozzarella or mix types,
your choice)
- Spoon a small amount of sauce down the
middle.
- Place a hamburger at the end of the noodle
and roll.
- Place in pan. When finished, pour remaining
sauce over rolls,
- try not to have noodles touch sides or open to the
top.
- Bake 30 minutes.
