1/2 | TSP | Seasoned Salt | ||
1/2 | TSP | Chili Powder (Cayenne works also) | ||
2 | Eggs - beaten | |||
1/3 | CUP | Milk | ||
1 | TBL | Butter - melted | ||
In small bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and chili powder. Add eggs, milk, and butter, stir until smooth and even. If too thick, add more milk. Dry all foods before placing in batter. Cook in oil for 5 minutes at 375F, turn after first side is browned. *Adding salt to the oil will reduce splattering. |
