- Paper towel scallops dry and dust with salt/pepper, if
desired.

- Beat eggs and add milk, beater smooth.

- In another bowl, pour flour.

- In another bowl, pour Panko

- Dip scallops, 1 at a time, in flour, then in egg mixture and
then in Panko,
- turning to coat, and place in medium heated pan with
oil.

- (standard three bay coating, best to use one hand for
wet and other for dry)
Fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side, drain on paper towel.
