- Use a roasting rack in a
roaster, add juice to fill to just
- below the rack. Place the ham,
open side down.
- Cover the top half of the ham
with foil,
- Bake the ham for 20 minutes per
pound at 350-375
- Then mix the rest of the items,
pour over ham, and bake
- another 30-45 minutes.
Remove and place on cutting board
- for 15 minutes, slice.

times. Internal temp 140 degree is cooked

- For a Pellet
Stove- Set grill to medium and preheat.
- Place ham, face
down on grill, wrap top half in foil and
- cook for 2 1/2
hours for 10 pound.
- Remove ham and
and set in bowl, remove foil.
- Mix the sugar,
mustard, jelly, and enough water to make a paste.
- Brush heavily
on ham and return to the grill without foil for 1/2 hour.
- Let set for 15
minutes after removing from heat before slicing.

- The apple jelly will remove some salt and add sweet, the mustard adds
flavor and
- offsets the sugars. For less sweet, try pineapple slices and the
canned juice instead of
- the apple jelly and juice. For pellet stoves, use the apple,
pineapple does not work.
