2 | TSP | Orange Peel Zest or 1 tsp peel rehydrated in 1 tsp extract | ||

1 | TSP | Salt | ||
1 | TSP | Baking Powder | ||
Cream Butter with Sugar, blend in Marmalade, eggs, and zest. Beat until light and fluffy. Add rest and blend well. Heat oven to 400F. Drop teaspoons of batter onto parchment lined sheets. Bake for 8-9 minutes, should see light brown near bottom. Touch test does not work. |
