1 | TBL | Pickling Spice in cheesecloth | ||

Layer tomato, then onion, sprinkle TBL of pickling salt over each layer. Let set overnight. Drain and rinse. Cover with vinegar. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until tender, about one hour. Hot Pack. |
