1/3 | CUP | Milk | ||
1 1/2 | CUP | Blueberries - frozen, dust with flour | ||
Beat two egg whites until frothy, add 1/4 cup of sugar and beat stiff. Cream shortening, add salt and vanilla. Gradually add the rest of the sugar. Add 2 yolks and beat until creamy, slowly mix in flour/baking powder. Fold whites and blueberries in. Bake 350F for 45 to 50 minutes. |
