1 1/2 | tsp | Salt | ||
1 | tsp | Cinnamon | ||
1 | tsp | Nutmeg | ||
1/2 | tsp | Ginger | ||
Heat oven to 350F. Grease and flour bottom only of 2 8x4 loaf pans. In a large bowl, blend first five items. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add rest, blend at low speed until moist. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Pour batter into pans. Bake at 350F for 60-75 minutes. Check with toothpick until clean. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pans. Cool completely before cutting.
