Onion Chip Dip
 
 
  3 Tbl Olive Oil    
2 Cups Fine Diced Onions
1/2 tsp Fine Sea Salt
16 oz Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic    
1/4 tsp White Pepper.
  1/2 tsp Fine Sea Salt    
           
           
 
Caramelize the onion in olive oil with salt, cast iron pans are best.  
Should take about 20 minutes over medium heat.  
Cool completely.
Mix all together, chill overnight.
