Beef Jerky
 

Volume depends on amount of beef-

Beef to freezer for 1/2 hour to make it easier to thin slice.

Mix honey and ground ginger (ginger breaks down the fat-ginger ale works but adds sugar)

Add LaChoy Teriyaki  Sauce, salt, and water to cover

Chill overnight.

Towel dry, place on rack and smoke 2 hours ( over use Wright's Liquid smoke with marinade)

Dehydrate 4 - 6 hours, most people like it soft, but for longer shelf life, more time.
